Prohibited Content and Activities

• Child grooming or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
• Human trafficking involving minors.
• Sharing, requesting, promoting, or distributing content involving child exploitation.

Safety Measures Implemented by MaxVot

• Automated content moderation systems to detect inappropriate content.
• AI-based image and media scanning to identify potentially harmful content.
• Restricted usernames and profile names containing inappropriate terms.
• User reporting mechanisms for posts, profiles, comments, and messages.
• User blocking functionality.
• Review and removal of violating content.
• Permanent suspension or termination of accounts that violate child safety policies.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report content, profiles, comments, messages, or other activities that may violate our Child Safety Standards through the in-app reporting tools.

Reported content is reviewed promptly, and appropriate enforcement action may include content removal, account suspension, account termination, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Compliance and Cooperation

MaxVot complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and authorized organizations when legally required regarding investigations involving child exploitation, abuse, or related criminal activity.
